Diablo 2: Resurrected is releasing in a couple of hours. This game will definitely be a treat to all the fans of the original game that came out almost 21 years ago. Being a remastered version, this game will be having better, and improved visuals, models, support for modern graphical effects, high resolutions, etc. So, the system requirements should be quite steep right? Well, you would be wrong if you are thinking that. Despite being a modern generation game, the system requirements for Diablo 2: Resurrected are easily attainable. And, almost everyone can easily play it, unless it has been built more than 10 years ago.

Here are the system requirements for Diablo 2: Resurrected. Firstly, let’s talk about the minimum requirements. With these specs, you can play the game at 720p. And, then we would talk about the recommended system requirements.

Minimum System Requirements:

Operating System: Windows® 10
Processor: Intel® Core i3-3250/AMD FX-4350
Video: Nvidia GTX 660/AMD Radeon HD 7850
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Storage: 30 GB

Recommended System Requirements:

Operating System: Windows® 10
Processor: Intel® Core i5-9600k/AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Video: Nvidia GTX 1060/AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Storage: 30 GB

So, as you can see there is nothing extreme going on here. GTX 1060 was a mid-range card when it was first released almost four years ago. Now, it is nothing more than a entry level card. And, that is for the recommended system requirements. For the minimum, it suggests a GTX 660, or Radeon 7850. These days, almost everyone has a better graphic card than these in their PC. And, talking of the processor, you need a Intel Core i3 3250, or AMD FX 4350 at the least, and recommended states Intel Core i6 9600K, or Ryzen 5 2600. So, here the requirements are kind of a mid-range gaming PC, even by current standards. However, nothing extreme. And, talking of RAM, it needs 8GB at the least, with 16GB being the recommended spec.

So, if you were afraid that you might have to upgrade your PC to enjoy Diablo 2: Resurrected, you most likely won’t. However, there is something that might disappoint you. There won’t be support for ultrawide resolutions on the release date, as it was causing various issues with the game.
