Call of Duty: Vanguard is releasing in November this year. Initially, it was supposed to release in September, however, now it has been postponed to the next month. Anyway, now there is an play test beta that is going to take place shortly. And, unlike the previous betas, this one is open to everyone out there. All the players would need is a capable PC, a stable internet connection, and a Battle.net account. And, the players will be able to enjoy this open beta till September 20, 2021. So, there is about three whole days for the players to enjoy this beta.

Anyway, ahead of the free to play open beta, in the subreddit it is revealed that the ones who are already playing the previous betas are facing various issues. And, some of them are quite major and significant. Most of these are related to audio and server-related issues. And, these are definitely some things that can significantly affect the experience of the game in a negative way. Especially, the server-related issues. Talking of the specifics, the server-related issues are about packet bursts which end up making the game feel laggy. We all hate network lags in games now, don’t we? As for the audio issues, it is about the audio being too muffled, and poorly mixed. What this results in is audio from which it is really hard to get information such as the situational awareness. And, that is a very crucial part of such competitive shooting games.

And, that is not the end of it. Apart from these issues, there is also the issue of frequent crashes for the game. So, yes, all in all, there is a lot of things that are going wrong in the Call of Duty: Vanguard beta currently. Will these issues be present in the open beta that starts shortly as well? Well, we do not know. But, they might just be. Only time will tell.
