Electronic Arts the renowned publishing house is getting ready to do something which many of its
contemporaries have done this year. It is gearing up to host its dedicated gaming show this summer. The
EA play arrives this month on July 22nd. There is a further surprise in store for fans as we say that there
is no need to wait that long to witness what EA has to offer. They have something to offer fans who are
interested in shooters before the event kicks off. EA presents them with a collection of panels through the
EA Play Live Spotlight Series. It will also feature exclusive insights from DICE, Respawn, EA Sports,
and also partner studios making EA Originals titles. 
There are many spotlight events, but the first of them has already featured on EA's first-person shooter
titles. The main events here are Apex Legends and Battlefield 2042. Fans will be eager to watch and
hence there will be a desire to know the timings. We would like to say that the EA broadcast has already
released the live stream as you are reading. It started on July 8, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, and there are

Since it is a released stream we had a view and would be eager to share the details with fans. Oskar
Gabrielson and DICE LA's Christian Grass spoke in-depth about Battlefield 2042. The other panel
members who interacted via the stream were Respawn's Vince Zampella and Apex Legends game
director Chad Grenier. They talked about EA's successful entry into the battle royale genre. There is some
reason for the mention of 2042 in the title and that is because the game is set in the year 2042. It is exactly
a hundred years after DICE's Battlefield 1942. The team also has another offering DICE futuristic
Battlefield 2142 and this game is squeezed in between. The game starts by showing the two cold war arch
rivals America, Russia on the brink of war once more and also suffering through environmental
calamities. We got to know that the game delivers storytelling through its various seasons of content.
There was also a spotlight on FPS games as a whole. EA plans to save Battlefield 2042's new Hazard
Zone for an EA play reveal. There was also news from Apex legends and the plan is to launch its own
mobile edition later this year.
