There are today screenshots in the public domain of The Witcher: Monster Slayer game and that has kept
the fans interested. We would like to convey to fans that it is a mobile AR game, which has plenty of
similarities to Pokemon Go. A participant in the game is always on the search for creatures while
simultaneously viewing the world through the camera on the phone. This game is based on The Witcher
and that automatically leads to some changes. A fan may not come across a big-eyed Bulbasaur, but there
is always the scope to come across a gnarly-ass griffin on your roof, or even find a mutilated horse in the
park
Let us now discuss the core news and it is about the release of The Witcher: Monster Slayer happening
this month. There is a release date allocated and it is on July 21, for iOS and Android. A Polish developer
team by the name of Spokko is behind the creation. It is a studio of Polish origins but a few years ago, it
has undergone a takeover. Witcher RPG trilogy creator CD Projekt had acquired it in the year 2018. The
development team however states that participants will not be meeting CD Projekt's version of Geralt
outside of a Starbucks.  They have to say that The Witcher: Monster Slayer was created long before
Starbucks ever existed.
Our sources at Spokko told us that in this game there will be human characters and participants can speak
to them. The developer team sources also indicated that one must never expect superficial quests in the
Monster Slayer game. A fan can expect deep story-driven adventures and the source of inspiration has
been the Witcher series. However, we are not willing to give a judgment right now but would like to hold
it until we see more of this latest gameplay offering.
There was also a gameplay trailer launched last year and we would also like to discuss it with fans. There
are glimpses shown how fans can expect to track monsters with witcher senses. A participant can do more
and there is a scope to fight monsters. There is also the scope to investigate horse decapitations. We could
guess that this game is certainly not intended to be a visual toy and there is a game to play. Has the game
lived up to its pre-launch hype? This is the question among fans and for that one will have to wait for a
few more days.
