There has been a constant but slow trickling in of information for the new Dying Light 2 gameplay. The
news flow continued to trickle in during episode 2 of the game's official reveal stream, Dying 2 Know. It
has been a new gameplay clip release and the stream constantly focuses on special zombie types in the
game. We will discuss all the details for fans and it should be interesting.
Let us talk about Aiden Caldwell and he is the protagonist of the game. The gameplay speaks about him
and he has for company a free-running friend. Both of them sneak into the Zombie-infested hospitals in
the quest to nab a few wristbands. It is via nabbing these wristbands, they will come to know whether
they will ever turn into zombies or not. The stream also gave interaction for people associated with the
development and a representative of developer Techland spoke about this major initiative. He had to say
that Dying Light 2's stealth will be vastly improved compared to the first game. In the 2015 original
game, there was a feeling that the stealth was fine, but once into gameplay, there were plenty of players
complaining that it was annoying to dodge zombies' vision cones at night.
We got an insight into the new clip and could guess that there should be a lot more freeform rules when a
zombie spots you. Aiden should keep quiet and low and this should allow him to come close without
creating a stir. We could guess that this game is played in a linear mission and presented to fans in the
form of a scripted sequence. These are certainly new systems and it is to be seen how they interact with a
normal player, who is still getting used to the game.
This was not all and we also got a look at the new zombie types. These should not be a problem for
gaming fans who have earlier shot and sliced up Zombies in other video games. Some of the zombies
presented here are Demolisher, Howler, Volatile. and even Banshee. This was not all and our team also
spotted some acid-spitting Zombies. Their role is to check off the last box and that makes Dying Light 2 a
certified zombie game.  This should be a nice game to play and the Techland development team also
revealed that release date. It should be streaming live from December 7th, 2021.
