Fnatic and Evil Geniuses crowned as BTS Pro Series champions for the southeast Asia region and Americas regions, respectively

Beyond the Summit introduce BTS Pro Series, an online event featuring tournaments for both America and Southeast Asia. The tournament is hosted by Beyond the Summit in collaboration with Loot.bet and Monster Energy. There are two tournaments, both of which were played entirely online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The total prize pool for BTS Pro Series is $100,000. This is split between the two tournaments, so SEA gets $50,000 and NA/SA gets $50,000. 

The Dota 2 Beyond the Summit Pro Series concluded over the weekend for both the Americas and Southeast Asia. Fnatic and Evil Geniuses were crowned as BTS Pro Series champions for the southeast Asia region and Americas regions, respectively.

BTS Pro Series Americas winner

In the BTS Pro Series Americas tournament, Evil Geniuses came out on top, but not before getting knocked down to the lower bracket by Quincy Crew. EG started their journey in the upper bracket by defeating CR4ZY but fell to Quincy Crew in the winners' finals. The blue team made it back to the grand finals after a convincing victory against Thunder Predator and ultimately managed to get back at QC by winning with a 3-1 score and taking the champions title. 

With the win, Evil Geniuses claims the first place prize of $21,000. Check out the prize distribution and placement below.

BTS Pro Series SEA winner

Fnatic proved to be the best in the group stage as they didn’t lose a single series, Fnatic took down BOOM Esports 2-1, followed by TNC Predator 2-0 to make it to the grand finals..TNC clawed their way back through the lower bracket to face Fnatic once again, but Fnatic simply wouldn't budge at all. Fnatic stomped their opponent with some relatively quick games, taking a clean 3-0 win in the best-of-five grand finals.  It truly felt like Fnatic had no competition in the region as no other team was nowhere near their level.

With the dominating performance, Fnatic wins $21,000. Check out the prize distribution and placement below.
