Valve has announced changes for Dota 2: with the arrival of patch 7.29, a new playable character, Dawnbreaker, debuts in the free-to-play MOBA.

Dawnbreaker shines in the heart of battle, happily crushing enemies with her celestial hammer and healing nearby allies. He enjoys hurling his hammer through multiple enemies and then converging with it in a flaming trail, always waiting to harness his true cosmic power to fly to the aid of his teammates. She is eager to outmaneuver her enemies on the battlefield no matter where they are.

Here's what Dawnbreaker's abilities are :
Starbreaker - Dawnbreaker spins his hammer about 3 times, damaging enemies with his attack plus bonus damage. On the final blow, she knocks down her hammer, stunning and damaging the enemies in front of her.

Celestial Hammer - Dawnbreaker throws his weapon at a target, damaging enemies hit along the way. The hammer pauses for 2.0 seconds at its destination before flying towards her, leaving a trail of fire that slows enemies. Dawnbreaker can summon the hammer at any time, pulling it towards him so that they meet in the middle.

Brightness - After 3 attacks, Dawnbreaker charges her next attack with a critical hit that heals a portion of the life of all allied Heroes within 650 units around her.

Solar Guardian - Dawnbreaker creates an effect in a location within 350 units of an allied hero anywhere on the map, damaging enemies and healing allies with each pulse. It then flies to the target location, dealing additional damage and stunning enemies upon landing. Once channeled, Dawnbreaker cannot stop the ability.
