A humorous discovery has been made by a Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies player about Aetherella, one of the new Easter eggs in the Liberty Falls area. A Zombies player has found that it is possible to escape with the stiff supervillain statue, resulting in a funny cinematic that is rapidly gaining views as players continue to explore Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's many modes and the numerous secrets that are hidden inside them.
25th October saw the release of the sixth Black Ops game and the 21st Call of Duty game overall in Activision's flagship shooter brand. Players of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies can discover a plethora of new material in the game, such as wonder weapons, perks, and several new or modified tactical and deadly equipment pieces. Even though the second Zombies map Terminus and the captivating main mission for Liberty Falls have already been made available, a player who chose to exfiltrate on the former discovered the surprising moment.
This Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 zombies footage was posted by Darkdoof3 on Reddit. The movie begins with the player making their way to the helicopter for escape, after which the inflexible statue rotates to laser-eye some of the zombies that are pursuing them before inhumanly ascending into the aircraft. The sequence where Aetherella's laser eye-beams are blasting continuously as the chopper leaves the scene is arguably the funniest. To try this themselves, gamers must follow certain steps to become Aetherella, which also grants Black Ops 6 players the World Domination achievement.
Not Every Glitch Is Nice
Although the Liberty Falls Aetherella bug is amusing, some glitches that players have encountered have left them feeling irritated. Another player in the same game mode has found a bug in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 that prevents zombies from appearing at random. According to reports, the gamer made it to the eleventh round of their game, which was likewise on Liberty Falls, but was essentially prevented from going farther because the area was devoid of zombies. The absence of zombies appearing in a relatively early round almost surely isn't intentional, but it's uncertain if the Aetherella issue is.
Players of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies may be interested in experiencing the meme-worthy Aetherella moment for themselves, but they definitely don't want to be caught in the eleventh round of their games. It's a little easier said than done, though. Obtaining the free Ray Gun at Liberty Falls could be the game's biggest help for players seeking an early-game edge, whether it be for getting to Aetherella, finishing the main mission, or something else entirely.
