Before its exclusive 23rd August  release on PC and PlayStation 5, Concord makes a wide range of accessibility choices available. Despite early negative comparisons to Overwatch, the game's makers are attempting to set Concord apart by emphasising diversity. The game provides a plethora of accessibility options, such as customised controls and visual and audio aids, to cater to players with varying needs.

Concord, a multiplayer first-person shooter, is a product of Firewalk Studios' live-service concept. Players who pre-ordered the game on PC and PS5 were able to play Concord early thanks to the developer's open beta last month. The number of PlayStation 5 users is yet unknown, but over 2,300 people were using Steam at its height over the weekend. Yet, individuals who took part in the beta program allegedly had excellent comments.

As the launch date of Concord draws near, the game has unveiled an extensive array of accessibility features that aim to improve the overall gameplay experience for every player. Notable features include character voice overs for improved team communication, directional vibrations, visual symbols, and a ping system that lets players identify spots on the map. To aid players in mastering Concord's fundamental mechanics, the game also offers a repeated training experience. To keep the game interesting and playable for players who might have motor difficulties, in-game menus offer comprehensive instructions, and character designs like Lark and Jabali have powers that accommodate them.

Apart from the fundamental aspects of gameplay, Concord provides a wide range of customization choices to enhance personalization of the experience. These comprise accessibility-specific features like auto-move and camera recentering in addition to programmable control settings like stick sensitivity and input bindings. In order to make the game playable and entertaining for a broad variety of players, the game also offers extensive settings for both visual and audio features. These settings let players change anything from vibration patterns and colour schemes to HUD scaling and text size.
