According to a recent Fortnite leak, Monsters Inc. from Pixar and Epic Games may be collaborating on a crossover. A long array of well-known IPs from both inside and outside the gaming industry have crossed over into Fortnite. Fortnite and Disney are deepening their collaboration with this year's D23 event.

New Pirates of the Caribbean skins were just released by Epic Games, but more content will be added over the next few months. This autumn, Disney villains will make their Fortnite debut, while additional Star Wars characters will receive new cosmetics. It has been revealed that The Incredibles will be added to Fortnite's cast of characters with the introduction of skins for Frozone, Mr. Incredible, and Elastigirl. Even Pixar has left a lasting impression. Another well-known Disney IP is reportedly on its way to the game, according to a recent Fortnite rumour.

Popular Fortnite leaker Shiina suggested on Twitter that the game may be collaborating with Monsters Inc. The dataminer claims that the information was shared by the individual who sent it as well as the well-known Fortnite leaker HYPEX, who previously leaked an image of another Disney-related Fortnite leak. While Shiina points out that there is no specific date for the release of this possible new crossover between Fortnite and the Pixar franchise, HYPEX claims that Monsters University may be a part of the partnership.

Monsters Inc., the fourth Pixar movie, was released in 2001. In order to power the Monster World, the monsters in the movie terrorise youngsters. However, when Boo, a human girl, enters the land of monsters and needs to be returned, James P. Sullivan and Mike Wazowski's assistant have to change the course of the narrative. The Monsters Inc. universe began with the success of the movie, which led to the release of the prequel Monsters University in theatres in 2013 and subsequent media adaptations, including games, animated shorts, and theme park attractions.
