BGMI Masters Series Season 3 is an offline tournament which is taking place at NODWIN Gaming Arena, Delhi NCR. Organised by NODWIN Gaming, the event started on 19th July 2024 and will conclude on 11th August 2024. Total 24 teams are taking part in it. Lets see the specifics of this event.

Format of BGMI Masters Series Season 3

During the Opening Week (19th July to 21st, 2024), there were 24 teams divided equally into 6 groups of 4 teams each. There were 20 directly invited teams and 3 teams were from TVS Qualifier. 1 team was from OneBlade Qualifier. There were 3 matchdays and the round-robin format was applicable. There were 6 matches (2 each day). Each team played a total of 4 matches and 20 teams qualified for the League Week. 18 teams were from the Standings and 2 teams were selected through audience choice. Remaining 4 teams were eliminated.

During the League Week (22nd July to 4th August,2024) there were 20 teams and 14 matchdays. 18 teams were from Opening Week and 2 teams were from Audience Choice.

During the Survival Week (22nd July to 28th, 2024), 20 teams were divided equally into 5 groups of 4 teams. There were 7 matchdays and the round-robin format was applicable. In total there were 15 matches (2 each day, 3 on Sunday). Each team played a total of 12 matches.

During the Domination Week (29th July to 4th August, 2024), 20 teams were divided equally into 5 groups of 4 teams each. In total there were 7 matchdays and the round-robin format was applicable. 15 matches were held (2 each day and 3 matches on Sunday). Each team played a total of 12 matches.Top 4 teams from the league standings qualified for the finals and the remaining teams advanced to the Playoffs.

Playoffs were held from 6th to 7th August, 2024. 16 teams were from League Week and there were 2 matchdays. In total there were 8 matches (4 each day). Top 12 teams qualified for the Finals.

Finals will be held from 9th to 11th August, 2024. There will be 16 teams and 3 match days. 4 teams will be from League Week. 12 teams will be from Playoffs and there will be 12 matches (4 each day).

Prize Pool

The event boasts a substantial prize pool of ₹10,000,000 INR (≃ $119,780 USD) with the following distribution:

  • The champion will take home $65,879.11 or ₹5,500,000.
  • The second place holder will get $17,967.03 or ₹1,500,000.
  • The team securing the third position will receive $8,983.52 or ₹750,000.
  • The fourth placeholder team will take home $4,192.31 or ₹350,000.
