A Titan Guardian that resembles Transformers character Optimus Prime has been seen by a player of Destiny 2. With hundreds of armor parts to gather throughout Destiny 2's solar system, players have an enormous array of customization possibilities for their characters.
After being hinted to in earlier Destiny 2 additions, The Witness was ultimately introduced to the Guardians in the Final Shape expansion, which was published on June 4. One player has made the decision to lead the fight against The Witness with a character based on one of Hasbro's most recognizable characters, while many are still getting used to the new weaponry that were added with The Final Shape.
One Guardian drew inspiration for their Titan build from Optimus Prime, as observed by redastray23643 on Reddit. The original poster encountered the Autobot commander in the resurfacing Gambit map Cathedral of Scars, and the character does resemble Optimus quite a bit because of a deft use of in-game shaders and well chosen armor parts.
A Titan Inspired By Optimus Prime Is Encountered By A Player In Destiny 2
The majority of players who have commented on the article have expressed admiration for the person who was able to develop a character who resembles Optimus Prime. As of this writing, enthusiasts inside the r/DestinyFashion subreddit are attempting to pinpoint the tools and shaders utilized in the construction. A fan proposes that the hues represent crucible glory for the head and breast, while another claims that the majority of the weaponry originates from the 2022 Festival of the Lost.
Although it is regrettably not officially planned, Transformers may eventually make an appearance in Destiny 2. Popular properties have been included into first-person shooters before by Bungie; most recently, Dungeons & Dragons goods were added to Destiny 2. Among the many things available for purchase in-game were an Eye Tyrant Beholder Ghost Shell, Bigby's Fist Finisher, and a Nat-20 Emote.
As players go out to take on The Witness, Bungie has noticed an increase in player numbers with the release of The Final Shape DLC. Although some have believed that the Titan class should have received more focus—both in relation to the new Prismatic subclass and generally—Bungie has assured that additional adjustments would be made to the Titan class in a later release. The speed at which Bungie has been upgrading Destiny 2 may indicate that an update may come sooner rather than later, even though there is currently no timeline for Titan changes. Players can continue to make style statements like this Titan with an Optimus Prime theme did in the meantime.
