Chinese partnered teams are prepared to compete against one another in VCT 2024 China Stage 1, as the inaugural regional circuit of the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) has taken center stage worldwide.
It will commence from Friday, April 5, 2024, and conclude on Sunday, May 12, 2024, with all 11 Chinese partnered teams competing for three coveted spots in Valorant Masters Shanghai 2024 and vital China Points.

The local Valorant teams haven't played one another since the Kickoff tournaments that were held earlier this year for each region separately.
The stakes are expected to be high when all partnered teams from the region compete against one another for the second time in VCT 2024 China Stage 1.
The current Chinese champion, EDward Gaming, also finished fifth or sixth in Valorant Masters Madrid 2024, but other teams are eager to show themselves this time around and are ready for the battle.

This competition serves as both the regional qualifying round for the VCT Masters Shanghai 2024 and will include 11 paired teams from China competing.
From these teams two groups namely Alpha and Omega are formed.; the former team has five members, while the latter team has six members.

This competition started on Friday, April 5, 2024, and will run through Sunday, May 12, 2024. It consists of two parts: the Group Stage comes first, and the Playoffs come last.

Group Stage 1 of the VCT 2024 China: Format
The eleven teams will be divided into two groups: five teams in Alpha group and six teams in Omega group.
A cross-group, single round-robin format will be used for both groups.
This implies that only teams from the opposing group will face off against members of Alpha and Omega.
There will be a best-of-three series in every match.
The champions of both groups will advance to the Upper Bracket Semifinals automatically.
Teams from both groups who finish in second and third place will advance to the knockout round.
