A slaughterfish has vowed to kill a Skyrim player who is playing the game online due to an incredibly bizarre issue. Although there are a lot of bugs in Skyrim, this is one of the strangest ones that have been discovered thus far.
Over the years, an absurd amount of bugs have been discovered in Skyrim, even for a Bethesda game. The popularity of the game has a part to play in this. Since Skyrim was released more than ten years ago, many players have continued to play it on a regular basis, therefore it makes natural that many issues will be discovered. Fortunately, Bethesda has managed to fix almost all of the game-breaking bugs by now, leaving just some silly ones. An NPC was even given a horse's head in a recent Skyrim glitch, and it's simple to find humor in these kinds of situations.
A bizarre issue was posted by Redditor lexyp29, in which a slaughterfish told the player, "Your death has been foretold." Players expressed their predictable embarrassment in the forum, comparing it to the living mannequin issue in Skyrim. A different user posted a message that was more straightforward, with just the word "Run." Many gamers in the discussion attested to the fact that they had personally experienced this problem in the past. However one person stated that they "dismissed it as a hallucination until this post."
Many concerns about whether lexyp29 had installed any Skyrim mods during their playthrough were asked by other players as they attempted to pinpoint the problem in the discussion. When it comes to odd bugs like this, mods are usually a fantastic place to start because they can lead to a lot of unintentional issues in the game. Further, the user claims that nothing on their list of mods should be able to communicate with the slaughterfish. It's amazing that nobody can seem to identify the source of the issue, even though multiple people in the thread claim to have seen it.
