More adjustments geared toward competitive play will be made because the Mid-Seasonal Invitational (MSI 2024) will take place on this patch. The system updates for Voidgrubs, Baron Nashor, and other champions including Mordekaiser, whose ultimate is receiving a significant counterplay modification ,are the main emphasis of this patch.
As per Riot Phroxzon, there is a decent blend of champions from all classes, making the top lane meta interesting and varied. They are not seeking to alter things as a result.
Riot Games is aiming to include a couple additional carriers in the jungle role in the meanwhile. Additionally, it stated that Riot is adding Sylas as an intriguing jungle flex selection in response to the dearth of presence among AP junglers.
Speaking about Azir's nerfs, Phroxzon stated that the goal was to diversify the mid-lane meta, which is currently dependent on AP mages.
