The transaction, valued at an impressive Rs 55 crore, grants Nodwin Gaming a complete 100% stake in Comic Con India.

Nodwin Gaming Takes Over Comic Con India 

The transfer of authority is slated to transpire within the next 90 days, marking a seamless transition facilitated through a combination of cash and share swaps. Jatin Varma and Karan Kalra, the visionary founders of Comic Con India, will continue to spearhead the enterprise but now under the banner of Nodwin Gaming.
