The fifth patch for Baldur's Gate 3 is now available, which brings with it two new game modes that fundamentally change the gameplay. For die-hard players of this game, the Legendary Action system from Dungeons and Dragons is finally available to enhance their in-game experience. Those who were not satisfied with the game's ending, there are also playable epilogues that will give a satisfying experience.
What is new in Baldur's Gate 3 Patch 5?
The Legendary Action system is a game mechanic in Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition that permits powerful creatures, like dragons and ancient giants, to take extra actions during fights. This makes encounters with these terrifying enemies more dynamic and engaging by helping to balance the action economy against them.
Players are not the only ones who can perform legendary actions. In every round of fights legendary creatures can use a variety of Legendary actions. Depending on the creature’s strength, they can typically range from 3 to 5.
