In a thrilling conclusion to DreamLeague Season 21, Team Spirit emerged victorious by sweeping aside Shopify Rebellion 3-0 in the grand final. This triumph marks a significant milestone for the team and showcases their impeccable teamwork and strategic prowess.
Team Spirit’s Dominance in the DreamLeague Season 21 Grand Final
The grand final kicked off with a tense showdown in Game 1, where Shopify Rebellion's early draft seemed poised to seize control of the match. However, Team Spirit's Illya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk on Phantom Lancer had other plans. His late-game presence turned the tide, transforming him into an unstoppable force. Despite being on the back foot for most of the match, Team Spirit's resilience paid off, and they secured a dramatic victory after an intense 68 minutes of play.
Game 2 witnessed Team Spirit's calculated approach, as they outmaneuvered Shopify Rebellion at every turn. Larl's Kunkka in the midlane created significant problems for Shopify's core lineup. While both teams secured kills through constant engagements, Team Spirit bided their time, waiting for crucial item timings. Their patience paid dividends, as they clinched the game in 39 minutes, asserting their dominance further.
Game 3 was a one-sided affair, with Team Spirit showcasing a near-flawless performance. Their cores proved to be exceedingly tanky, making it nearly impossible for Shopify Rebellion to bring them down. Arteezy's Alchemist struggled to make an impact for Shopify, finishing with a lackluster 1-6-7 KDA. After just 34 minutes, Team Spirit emerged triumphant, securing the title and the lion's share of the prize money.

Throughout DreamLeague Season 21, Team Spirit exhibited a level of play reminiscent of their victory at TI11. Their dominance was evident as they lost only one game in the group stage and one in the upper bracket playoffs, both to Shopify Rebellion. Yatoro's stellar performance, combined with Denis "Larl" Sigitov's emergence as a formidable midlaner and Myroslav "Mira" Kolpakov's return to form, solidified Team Spirit's reputation as a top-tier Dota 2 team.
