Gladiators Esports emerged as the champions of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2. Led by Destro, the powerhouse team secured their victory by a mere slim margin, etching their name in the annals of esports history. 

Amidst a heated 12-match saga, Gladiators Esports strategically carved their path to victory, seizing two Chicken Dinners along the way. These crucial victories propelled them to a total of 150 points, showcasing  unwavering determination and teamwork. Their efforts earned them a substantial cash prize of ₹10,000,000.

BGMS Season 2 Grand Finals Overview

The tournament witnessed intense battles that pushed teams to their limits. Orangutan, with a score of 149 points, secured the first runner-up position, falling just one point short of the title. Their valiant efforts were acknowledged with a cash prize of 35 lakh. Team Velocity, demonstrating remarkable prowess, claimed the second runner-up spot with 137 points, a performance that earned them 35 lakh in prize money.

However, Gladiators Esports was not the sole protagonist in this electrifying esports saga. Teams such as Global Esports and Team Insane showcased their exceptional talents, captivating the audience throughout the event. Their impressive performances landed them in the fourth and fifth positions, respectively. In contrast, Gods Reign and Blind Esports experienced a more modest showing, concluding the Grand Finals in the eighth and ninth positions.

The event also highlighted individual excellence. Justin from Gladiators Esports seized the coveted title of Most Valuable Player (MVP) for BGMS Season 2, his 85 impressive kills a testament to his exceptional prowess. Akshat from Team Soul claimed the Audience Favourite Raider award, further enriching the narrative.
