Quest Esports, a rising force in the European Dota 2 scene, has signed Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf on loan from Nigma Galaxy. The former Nigma Galaxy player's transfer to Quest Esports comes after the team's disappointing run in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Western Europe (WEU) 2023 Tour 2 Division I, where they finished in the bottom two and were relegated to Division II. Although the reason behind ATF's departure from Nigma Galaxy is unclear, many fans speculated that some players would leave the team after their disappointing performance.

ATF, who played as a flexible carry/offlane player for Nigma Galaxy, will be joining Quest Esports on loan as the team's offlaner. Quest Esports has been making a name for itself in the European Dota 2 scene and narrowly missed out on a spot in the Berlin Major after finishing in the top five of the DPC WEU 2023 Tour 2 Division I standings. The team's recent announcement of ATF joining the roster has fans excited to see how the young offlaner performs in a new team in the next DPC tour.

Nigma Galaxy, which also recently lost midlane player Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan to Team Aster, has now lost another player in ATF. The transfer of both players suggests that Nigma Galaxy may be in the midst of a rebuild after their poor performance in the DPC WEU 2023 Tour 2 Division I. However, the team has not made any official announcements regarding its roster changes.

For Quest Esports, the signing of ATF on loan is a significant boost to the team's chances of success in future tournaments. The team also recently announced the departure of its offlaner Faruk "Wuiter" Terci from the team, and fans were speculating about his replacement. With the addition of ATF, Quest Esports now has a talented and versatile offlaner who has experience playing at the highest level of Dota 2 competition. It will be interesting to see how this new addition works out for the team.
