The great iconic battle royale experience of Call of Duty has been renewed with an all-new sequel that has been named Warzone 2. The free-to-play game was released on 16th November, alongside Modern Warfare 2’s first season. 

Irrespective of the huge success related to traffic, the launch did not go smoothly, as various players reported running into game-breaking glitches as well as server errors. Also, some players have found a stubborn glitch that mimics a known issue from 2019’s Warzone. 

According to the reports, Warzone’s invisible skin glitch has come back in order to annoy players in the sequel. A clip has revealed the player being hit out of nowhere. It seems to be a hack without an explanation. This glitch gives an unintentional benefit to some while taking away a fair in-game environment from others. 

Warzone always had multiple players who have run into invisible enemies eliminating them and hence leaving them distraught. The issue continued to reappear randomly, though Activision deployed a patch for it all the time it showed up. The issue has reached Warzone’s sequel by now. 

The highly-successful Call of Duty: Warzone (2019) was taken off the grid on November 16 in order to make it easier for the developers to concentrate on the current game. The removal is only temporary, and the developers will launch the game again as Call of Duty: Warzone Caldera on 28th November. 

Warzone Caldera, which will be a revamped Warzone 2019, will be made available for a separate experience along with Warzone 2.0. 

Since its release, the previous version of Warzone has always been a versatile free-to-play battle royale game. But the popular experience was not immune to bugs and glitches. Players have frequently reported facing problems that either broke the game or made it less enjoyable. That said, Activision, Infinity Ward, and Raven Software let things go by frequently deploying patches for the problems that have been reported. 

As far as the invisible glitch in Warzone 2 is concerned, the developers still need to acknowledge the bug’s existence. But a fix can be anticipated to be deployed sooner. Players should refrain from abusing the glitch, as it could trigger the Ricochet Anti-Cheat system to impose a ban. 

Warzone 2 is available on all the renowned platforms namely, PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, and PS5. One can also download the game through Battle.net, Steam, or online stores on consoles.
