The Raptor Lake Core CPUs from Intel will soon go on sale. If leaks are to be believed, these processors will allow Intel to catch up to AMD, and Team Blue will continue to have a significant advantage over its rivals. However, due to database errors, many top online retailers have provided a sneak preview of the new processors' pricing before their formal debut at the Innovation event. The prices of the Core i7-13700K, i7-13700KF, i5-13600KF, and i9-13900KF were just disclosed by Amazon UK.
Today, additional pricing information was made public due to a bug in Newegg's code. This pricing may only be indicative and not official (yet). However, given that the formal launch is only a few hours away, there is reason to suppose that these are the final price tags. It's possible that retailers already have the final price list.
Leaked pricing for the Intel Raptor Lake Core on Newegg: The price increase is official
According to rumors, Intel will increase the cost of its chips with the 13th Gen Core. Several industry insiders claim that the increase would be between $50 and $70. This markup is confirmed by recently disclosed material that appeared on Newegg. On the webpage, six processors are visible. These include the Core i3 13900K and the 13900KF as well as the Core i5 13600K and 13600KF.
These six CPUs will be available in the initial batch of Raptor Lake processors from Intel. All Newegg product listings are "Out of Stock" and have a "Recently Launched" tag. The Core i5 13600K costs $40 more than the $290 Core i5 12600K at launch. The 13600KF now costs $310 instead of the $265 it did in the previous generation. The Core i7 CPUs continue this pattern. The new Core i7 13700K is priced at $450, compared to the previous generation's Core i7 12700K's $410 launch price. From the $385 i7 12700KF, the 13700KF has been bumped up by $45 to $430.
The Raptor Lake Core i9 CPUs, meanwhile, have seen the biggest price increases. The Core i9 13900KF now costs $60 more than its last-generation equivalent. The 12900KF costs $565, whereas the new chip is an outrageous $630. The Core i9 13900K costs an additional $70. It has a hefty $660 price tag.

Overall, the new top-of-the-line Raptor Lake Core CPUs remain less expensive than their Ryzen 7000 equivalents. If the -F versions are taken into account, the price difference varies from $40 to $70. However, the six-core Ryzen 5 7600X costs $30 less than the 125W 13600K. At the Innovation event later today, Intel will reveal more details. The public will get a taste of the performance and be able to decide whether Raptor Lake is a serious contender or whether AMD will win this generation.
