Pre-registration for upcoming Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile has already begun on Google Play Store. The company will reveal more today, September 15 about the details and gameplay information at an official livestream franchise event that will commence from 10 PM IST onwards.
Apart from the title, more details about Modern Warfare II and the future of Call of Duty: Warzone will also be presented.
A few days later, the official social media pages and YouTube channel of the game was disclosed where the company uploaded several short clips about the title.
Now, the game's pre-registration is available only for the Android users. They can follow the steps given below:
First, click on the Google Play Store app on your device and search for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile.
Press the Pre-registration green banner.
Soon after clicking on the banner, a box will open on your screen showing the options "Got it" and "Install when available." If you want to download the game automatically after the release, you need to click the "Install when available" button or else you can choose to go for "Got it."
If you pre-register, you will get some rewards after the game's worldwide launch. However, Activision is yet to disclose the release date of Warzone Mobile.
Some renowned content creators have been invited to the exclusive Call of Duty event where they can experience its gameplay and features. Before few months, the Closed-Alpha test took place where some users could try out the game and give feedback about the gameplay experience it offered.
After a great success of the mobile version of COD, Activision decided to develop the mobile port of another popular free-to-play title, Warzone that was launched on March 10, 2020 for PC and Console versions.
The official launch of the game took place on March 11 by Activision on their official social media accounts. It was already leaked by Tom Henderson in December 2021 that Warzone was underdeveloped and would be released in 2022.
It will be quite interesting to see how many features of the mobile title will be same as its computer version.
Total 120 players will be able to take part in a single Warzone Mobile match, while its console and PC versions have approximately 150 player lobbies.
