The smartphone also has features like 128GB of internal storage, 6/8GB of RAM, and 65W rapid charging. For this test, we are use the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G top-trim variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. 

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G appears to provide a lot for its starting price of Rs. 23,999. The phone features a plastic frame and rear panel, which presents certain disadvantages. Can the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G withstand prolonged stress tests and gaming? Here is the response to that same query. 

Superior than the ROG Phone 5s? 

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 maintained a high performance of 88 percent after 15 minutes of CPU stress testing. The peak performance decreased to 79 percent and 77 percent, respectively, when the test was run for 30 minutes and 45 minutes. The system was able to sustain 78 percent of its peak performance on average. 

After an hour of a CPU stress test, the Asus ROG Phone 5s reduced its performance to 77%. Surprisingly, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G beat the ROG Phone 5s, maintaining 81 percent of its maximum performance even after subjecting the CPU to extreme stress for one hour. 

Even while the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G appears to be superior at cooling when compared to the Asus ROGPhone 5s, keep in mind that the ROG Phone 5s has a more potent Snapdragon 888+ SoC while the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is powered by a mid-tier Dimensity 900. We were amazed by how well the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G handled gaming. With graphics quality set to high and frame rate set to extremely high, the smartphone provided steady 60 frames per second performance on COD: Mobile.
