16) BOOM Esports

BOOM Esports won the APAC Last Chance Qualifiers to gain entrance for the Champions 2022. They
are a competitive force with great gun power and surprising techniques. Their complex and
confusing playstyle, nevertheless, could not be sufficient to overcome strong teams that play with
discipline.

BOOM defeated some of the top teams in APAC to secure their spot at the Champions. They have

15) Furia

lack of circuit points, thus this will be their first international competition of the year. They had also
used the LCQ to qualify for Valorant Champions 2021, although they had not given their best effort

14) Zeta Division

Zeta Division entered the Valorant Champions 2022 by circuit points after becoming the best
Japanese roster. They had an outstanding performance in Stage 1 Challengers and Masters
Reykjavik, but Northception upset them in Stage 2 of Challengers, disqualifying them from Masters
Copenhagen.

Despite this, they were still able to earn enough points to secure a spot in Champions 2022. The Zeta
Division team has incredible tactical and shooting skills, but they will be playing Champions with a
sub. Therefore, it is unclear how they will fare in the upcoming tournament.

13) XSET

The victory by XSET in the VCT NA Challengers Stage 2 gave them some much-needed circuit points.
Many fans questioned their future in the VCT 2022 when they finished fourth in Stage 1. They did,
however, quickly demonstrate their value.

Nevertheless, the team's performance at the Masters Copenhagen wasn't particularly strong.
Despite the fact that they used circuit points to enter the Champions 2022, their most recent
performances don't look good in terms of power.

12) XERXIA

XERXIA, who qualified by circuit points, has proven to be quite strong in the Challengers phases of
VCT 2022. Additionally, they were eligible for the Copenhagen and Reykjavik Masters stages. As a
result, they have taken part in all VCT competitions this year, both national and worldwide.
Nevertheless, their performance on the global stage was, at most, passable. Since this is Xerxia's first
VCT, they could not have the expertise necessary to compete with the top teams, who have

11) Leviatán

Leviatán, a young South American squad that performed well in the Challengers and Masters
Copenhagen, earned circuit points to qualify for the Champions 2022. They qualified for the
Champions 2022 tournament thanks to their remarkably effective aggressive tactics and gunplay.
The first international LAN they participated in was Masters Copenhagen. It might be difficult for the
best squad in LATAM to do well given their lack of experience competing internationally.

10) EDward Gaming

China's first participation in an international Valorant event was made by EDward Gaming through
the East Asia Last Chance Qualifiers. As can be seen from their dominance against the other EA
teams in the Last Chance Qualifiers, their lineup has a tonne of potential.

However, Champions 2022 will be their debut appearance at a global LAN event. It could be difficult
for beginners to compete against the toughest competitors from around the world.

9) The 100 Thieves

In the Last Chance Qualifiers, 100 Thieves defeated some of the fiercest NA rivals to earn a well-
deserved wild card into the Valorant Champions 2022. The lineup stunned observers with their
blatant plan during the former NA LCQ, despite not performing at their best in earlier VCT stages.
However, since the VCT Masters Stage 3 Berlin in 2021, 100 Thieves have not taken part in a global
competition. Although the roster has incredible potential and the strength to compete with the
majority of its opponents, the odds may not be in the team's favour to win the championship.

8) DRX

This year, DRX won two Challengers competitions and as a result, qualified for both the Reykjavik
and Copenhagen Masters. To the dismay of many of their supporters, they finished sixth in both
Masters events.

As anticipated, DRX earned circuit points to enter the Champions, and they have the talent to
completely smash their rivals. However, their consistently poor performance at the international
competition has made many of its supporters question their future.

7) KRÜ Esports

KRÜ performed admirably in VCT 2021 and made it to both Masters stages this year, but they were
unable to deliver in Masters Reykjavik and Copenhagen. The team had to rely on Last Chance
Qualifiers because it was unable to earn enough circuit points to qualify for Valorant Champions
2022. Nevertheless, they were able to qualify for the Valorant Champions 2022 after defeating Furia
in the SA LCQ Upper Bracket Final.

6) Team Liquid

In the EMEA LCQ, Team Liquid defeated M3 Champions, and as a result, they earned their trip to
Istanbul this year. The well-liked Valorant team has been incredibly consistent in previous LCQ
games, giving fans a lot of hope.

The lineup failed to earn enough circuit points with a dismal showing at Masters Reykjavk and a poor
showing in Challengers Stage 2. Although they made up for it with the LCQ, Team Liquid doesn't

they can also use mind tricks to knock their adversaries to their knees.

FPX is without a doubt the most powerful competitor in Valorant Champions 2022 and occupies the
top spot on this ranking in terms of power.
