Enigma Gaming won the LAN main event and the final match of the TEC
Challengers Series 8. Day 3 of the esteemed Valorant LAN competition featured
two finals, one for the lower bracket and the other to decide the overall
champion. Orangutan advanced to the Grand Finals where they would face
Velocity Gaming after Enigma Gaming thrashed them in the Lower Finals.
The Lower Bracket Finals, a best-of-three match between Orangutan and Enigma
Gaming, kicked off the final day of the tournament. Both sides were fierce rivals,
but Orangutan consistently made mistakes. Their plan was unable to overcome
Enigma's discipline.
TEC Challengers Series 8: Grand Finale
The best-of-five Grand Final match between Velocity Gaming and Enigma
Gaming was the second match of the day. The largest fight of the contest was
about to begin, which had the fans quite fired up at this time. Velocity selected
Breeze as the first map for the Grand Finals. Velocity played defense while
Enigma Gaming took control of the Spike. The two sides engaged in very fierce
combat throughout the first half. The score at halftime was 6-6.
Things changed when Velocity Gaming switched to offence. They started
launching plays at Enigma Gaming that were startlingly bold. The latter failed to
triumph in even a single defensive round. The final score of 13-6 made Velocity's
impressive performance very evident.
After a lengthy extra time, Enigma Gaming ultimately won with a score of
16–14. Undoubtedly, a lot of people chewed their nails while watching the game.
The third match was played on Bind, where Velocity rapidly established a
commanding 9-0 lead. Enigma, though, pulled off a remarkable comeback, tying
the game and bringing it back into overtime. They won a fantastic game with a
final score of 14–12.
The fourth game on Icebox was won by Enigma thanks to a decisive play. Fans
were astonished by what they had just witnessed: a heated race with a thrilling
climax. LAN event attendees undoubtedly had a great time.
