Three new characters will be introduced in Genshin Impact 3.1 from Sumeru which are Nilou, Candace and Cyno. As per the leaks, Cyno and Nilou will be the 5-star characters of this update bringing playstyles that concentrate on utilizing Dendro reactions.

Cyno is a 5-star Polearm user who uses Electro element in battle whereas Nilou is a 5-star Sword wielder who dishes out Hydro damage. These characters are strong enough and will be released soon in 3.1.

Candace is a leaked 4-star character who provide a ton of value to the team especially when the team concentrate on Dendro and Hydro reactions. As per the leaks, she is a Hydro character and her weapon is guessed to be a spear.
