The latest news in the games industry has taken over the market as the GTA parent company has spent more than $13 billion to buy the Farmville company to deal with Microsoft's proposal. It is to acquire the Activision blizzard. Take-Two, one of the parent companies of the GTA, the developer of Rockstar games, has completed it as one of the most significant acquisitions in the history of video games. It has reportedly announced that $12.7 billion of the acquisition of the Farmville company Zynga is now entirely completed. 

As per the last announcements, Zynga, the stockbrokers, will get around $3.50 cash for each and every share they own. Further, it is also reported that 0.0406 shares of the Take-Two for each Zynga stock that they hold together. The CEO of Take-Two, Strauss Zelnick, has said that is the ideal way to play for the company. It will eventually help gather more money from online gaming, and the mobile is one of the fastest-growing parts of the game. 

As Zelnick has said, buying Zynga will give the company full access to Farmville and many other popular, lucrative franchises. Other publishers, including EA, are spending billions in the mobile market, and it is because mobile gaming has a more prominent and more popular console and PC. 

The experts even said that they are eager to continue a more extensive and unparalleled portfolio of the game that will reach the broader markets. It will continue to grow in the next chapter of Zynga's history. Take-Two's buyout proposal for Zynga has 45 days to go-shop provision. It is during Zynga that could be looked into for better deals from the various companies. Whether or not Zynga has made serious or significant moves with other potential suitors at this point. 

As per the proposal, there were $12.7 billion proposals that are being made, and it is an extensive deal that was ever made in the history of video games. Take-Two's Rockstar games are currently developing the next grand theft auto game, which will not be released anytime soon.
