In Valorant's patch 4.07 notes, Riot Games confirmed that the Bulldog and Stinger will be nerfed. You won't be able to use the quick-burst mechanism, which has been popular among some players, while their damage will be unaffected.

When you bring the pair up to aim down sights, the shooting inputs now include a delay. This will prevent players from attaining burst mode accuracy before fully lifting their firearms, according to Riot. This update is intended to make you think twice about switching to burst firing in the middle of a battle. It's not all awful, though, because you can still fire right away when switching back to full-auto or hip-fire mode.

Ability-based weapons like chamber guns, as well as Neon, Jett, and Raze's ultimates, have been adjusted so that they can be input-queued to equip after your current auction ends. You'll also find bug fixes for agents elsewhere. Yoru can no longer utilize a weapon immediately after his ultimate ends because of a rope interaction, spikes can no again be defused while channeling abilities are active, and Skye's Seekers can once again smash through destructible doors in Ascent.

Aside from that, the update fixes a few problems in the game. This fixes bugs including Yoru players firing their weapon right after activating their ultimate ability, a bug that allowed players to defuse the Spike while channeling abilities, and a bug that prevented Skye's Seekers from breaking through certain doors on the Ascent map. Two punishment-related bugs have also been addressed, including one in which comms-restricted players were unable to hear team conversation and another in which banned players were not always removed from Valorant immediately.
