Fans of Dying Light 2 can look forward to new parkour challenges in the coming days, with a new adventure launching this week. The City embraces the Flying Scorpion challenge this week, the first of five scheduled parkour events, which can be accessed via the Central Loop in the Garrison neighborhood. The next four tasks will be delivered on Thursday, March 17, so you have a few days to start honing your abilities in the meanwhile.
The following are some quick summaries of the new challenges:
Suspension of Disbelief - In the heart of Central Loop, this challenge will put your wall-running talents to the test!
Grakour - This task in Old Villedor will put all of your basic talents to the test, so don't make any mistakes or you'll lose the gold medal!
Ready to get drenched on a river stroll?
Fly Pilgrim - My Whole World is a Glider Fly high over the chemical zones and avoids falling, or at least not too badly!
The parkour tasks in Dying Light 2 are the most recent additions to the game's content. Drops like the Ronin and Authority packs previously provided additional in-game goodies for players to experiment with. Techland previously stated that DLC would be available for five years, so assuming so, we should be seeing a slew of new releases in the near future.
Techland has also been "actively considering" a new game plus mode for Dying Light 2. Nothing has been confirmed, and Techland has stated that it is "too early to promise anything yet," but it's possible that the company is considering adding this additional mode to its to-do list for future material. Even without a tonne of new content or a new game mode, there's plenty to do in Dying Light 2 to keep you occupied long after you've started the horror-themed adventure.
