Elden Ring comes with a vast collection of choices that help the players create the initial look of the character. But now, the game offers the players the opportunity to develop new personalised looks for their characters, giving them the chance to change the look of their characters anytime they want. 

Just like the Souls games, both of which come from the same developer, FromSoftware, the Elden Ring players found themselves stuck with their initial character choices. Fortunately, the creators have paid attention to this matter and are now allowing the players to change the appearance of their characters mid-game. Though FromSoftware has lived up to its reputation, which is why the players might face challenges while changing the looks of their characters.

Elden Ring now offers access to varied customisation options, from hair to face to body, letting the players freely customise their characters in detail. One can personalise their character after they arrive by the Stormveil Castle. Upon the interaction with Site of Grace, the players will get to engage in a conversation with Merina, who will invite them to the Roundtable Hold. The Roundtable Hold is a hub world that features NCPs similar to the Firelink Shrine of the first Dark Souls game. The players will then find a round table centred in the room, followed by several branching paths. The right path past the fireplace leads to the room with the interactive mirror called the Clouded Mirror Stand. The room features an NCP in a hooded costume called Fia, a Deathbed Companion. 

By interacting with the mirror, the players will get the opportunity to access the options available to customise their characters. The customisation is very detailed as it enables the players to change the body, hair, tone of voice, name and every possible detail, just like at the beginning of the game. Finally, it is crucial to click on the 'finish cosmetics' to save the changes permanently. 

The Elden Ring players can thus successfully change by customising their character's appearance mid-game without having to advance in the game with their regretful character appearances. So, players, go ahead and unleash the challenges of Elden Ring with your new avatars!
