In March, Pokemon GO will feature a new Season that will focus on the Alolan region from the Pokemon franchise. Apart from the introduction of the Season of Aloha, there are also many new upcoming events that trainers can take part in this month. Here are all the details that have been officially announced.
Pokemon GO: Season of Aloha
After the completion of the last season, a brand new Season of Aloha will now be available in Pokemon GO. In this season, trainers will be able to encounter many new Pokemons from the Alola region that have been featured in the Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon games. This season has already started from 1st March and a kick-off event titled “Welcome to Alola” will be available from the starting day till 9th March There will also be two other Alolan featured events known as the “Festival of Colors” which will run from 15th till 20th March, and “Lush Jungle” which will take place from 22nd till 29th March.
Pokemon GO: Community Day
The Community Day for this month will be held on 13th March. During this Community Day, Pokemon GO trainers will be able to encounter more Sandshrews and Alolan Sandshrews in the wild.
Pokemon GO: Raid Pokemons
During March, the following Pokemons will be available for different Raids in Pokemon GO.
Every Wednesday in March, a Raid Hour event will occur from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Tapu Koko will be available on 2nd and 9th March while Tornadus (Therian Forme) will be available on 16th March.
Pokemon GO: Spotlight Hours
In March, Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour will be held every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time. During each will Spotlight Hour, a different Pokemon and special bonus will be available.
