The game was announced all the way back in 2017, and some reports also stated that the development for Skull & Bones has been going on for nine years now, as it started back in 2013. Anyway, it seems that we have got another release date for the game from Ubisoft. It is set to release sometime in the fiscal year of 2023. For those of you who are unaware, this means before March 31, 2023. That means the game should be released within the next twelve months or so.

This information comes from one of the recent financial earnings reports for the game. According to this report, the next year will be quite big for Ubisoft to say the least. Ubisoft is planning on releasing many exciting games next year. Skull & Bones is one game on this list, and the others are Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, and other exciting games as well. So, when it comes to the next fiscal year, there is a lot to look forward to when it comes to new Ubisoft games.

Skull & Bones has been delayed numerous times before, and there is no certainty about it releasing as scheduled this time either. But, we sure do hope that it indeed releases in 2023 as it is scheduled to with no further delays. After all, there are many who are waiting for this game. And, when you consider that it has been around five years since it was announced, it surely should be released this time, with no further delays. But, only time will tell.
