The Dota Pro Circuit's new season will begin on November 29. Squad locks go into effect on the 21st at 1:29 am IST, therefore teams that have already qualified for the DPC don't have much time to finalize their roster. This weekend is the start of the struggle for the last two Division II places.

Teams can't afford to make many mistakes with only two spots on the line in every region save the EEU. Due to the withdrawal of EXTREMUM from EEU Div 2, just three teams will be able to compete in the lower tier.

Southeast Asia.
No. 1 Open Qualifier (Nov. 20 to 21)
No. 2 Open Qualifier (Nov. 23 to 24)
The top team from each level will advance to the SEA Winter Tour's lowest tier.WEU
No. 1 Open Qualifier (Nov. 19)
No. 2 Open Qualifier (Nov. 20)
The qualifier that is now closed (Nov. 22)The top two teams from the closed qualifying will advance to the WEU Winter Tour's lower level.
EEU
No. 1 Open Qualifier (Nov. 26)
Single-elimination bracket, with the winning team obtaining one of three open berths in the EEU Winter Tour's lower level.
No. 2 Open Qualifier (Nov. 27 and 28)The top two teams in each division compete for the remaining two berths in the lower division in a double-elimination format.
North America.
No. 1 Open Qualifier (Nov. 19)

The qualifier that is now closed (Nov. 22)The top two teams from the closed qualification will advance to the NA Winter Tour's bottom level.
South America.
