Deadeye, a.k.a. Chamber, is the newest member of the VALORANT team, and he'll offer some unique talents to the game. Riot Games has been hinting towards the arrival of a new Agent since the unveiling of Fracture. Riot Games introduced their new Agent via Twitter earlier today after only releasing cryptic teases pointing to the new feature.
Following the release of KAY/O, Chamber will be VALORANT's 17th Agent. Players will have to wait a little longer to try out the French Sentinel, as his release has been delayed. Chamber will be playable starting at Act III Part III, according to Riot Games.
The playable character's powers were revealed alongside an Agent teaser displaying the visual elements of Chamber. Chamber provides some highly unique components to VALORANT, hosting his own weapons in two abilities, despite some parallels to Yoru and Killjoy.

When a visible opponent arrives into range, Chambers C (Trademark) sets up a trap that destabilizes the ground. Q (Headhunter) is one of two unique weapon abilities, allowing the user to equip a heavy handgun with aim-down-sights, similar to the Sheriff. Yoru is reflected in the two-way aspect of the Sentinel's teleport, E (Rendezvous). The Agent's ultimate ability is by far his most distinctive feature. X (Tour de Force) summons a sniper weapon with Operator-like capabilities. After killing an opponent, a restricted area arises that slows all other enemy Agents. The sniper rifle, like Raze's Showstopper, is controlled by a timer.
Chamber appears to be an excellent Agent optimized for eco rounds based on the information supplied, as his Q and X deliver high damage weaponry with little or no upfront investment.
