PUBG: Battlegrounds is soon going to get a brand new Survivor Pass on PC starting next week. To be precise, on September 8, a new Survivor Pass would be making its way to PC. What new things will be added in this update? Well, there is going to be a new weapon, new vehicle, new grenade, and lots of other interesting stuff that we would soon be talking about. So, without any further ado, let’s talk about all that is coming with this new Survivor Pass to PUBG: Battlegrounds.

Well, the name comes first, so let’s get over that quickly. The new,  upcoming Survivor Pass will be called Crazy Night, and as stated before, it would be going live on September 7, 2021. As for how long it will last,  that will be till November 2, so there is almost two entire months for the players to get whatever this pass has to offer. This duration might seem a bit long to those who are aware that seasons are normally around six weeks long for PUBG. However, this time around it has been extended to eight weeks. Other than the duration, other things remain the same, as in the number of levels is still 50 as the previous passes. Through these 50 different levels, there would be lots of unique cosmetics, a new nameplate, spray, etc.

Now, let’s talk about the new weapon. It is the P90 SMG and it will be only available in the care packages once the update 13.2 gets live. When it comes to SMG P90 is undoubtedly one of the most popular SMGs out there. Then, there is the new vehicle as well, which will be available in the recently added Taego map. It is the  Hyundai Porter pickup truck. This comes as a replacement for the old UAZ. With the addition of this pickup truck, there would be a new concept of storing items in the vehicle as well, this is touted as the trunk system.

Then, there is a very interesting new grenade that is getting added. It is called the ‘blue zone grenade’. And, just as the name suggests, it just does what you expect it to. It creates a small blue zone,  that measures around 10m in radius, and does 10 points of damage per second. Finally, there is also the new casual mode. Just as the name suggests,  it is casual, so less pressure, more chill, and more fun as well. However, as of now, it will only be made available in Erangel. So, it seems that there is indeed a lot of new stuff that is happening with PUBG: Battlegrounds with the addition of the upcoming Survivor Pass.
