It seems that Skate is finally going to come on PC, and this time around it is officially confirmed by EA themselves. However, it does not seem that we are going to get any of the older Skate games. Instead, it will be the newest, and upcoming Skate game, which can be either Skate 4, or can also be a reboot of the older games. Anyway, it is pretty much confirmed that this time around it is coming to PC.
In a recent tweet from Skate’s official Twitter handle, we get to see a short 11 second video in which we see a skateboarder jump over those old CRT monitors. And, if that was not enough, the caption of the post literally reads “pc_confirmation.exe”. I mean I do not know what you make of it, but I for one definitely consider it to be a confirmation from EA regarding the confirmed release of Skate for PC.

Skate reboot was confirmed by EA back in the EA Play event that took place in June 2020. The game series original creators, and creative director along with the game director said that they were quite excited regarding the idea of a new Skate game as “the right game at the right time with the right idea”So, the game is pretty much confirmed. However, there is no gameplay footage or even a release date. It is fair to say that it is still very much in the early development phase. Also, we do not know if what we are getting for PC is the Skate 4 or the reboot. But, more information should be coming soon.
