In 2021, a lot of games have been released, however, several games that were supposed to release in this year got postponed to 2022. However, it seems that Gearbox’s upcoming Bordelrands spin-off, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is going to release just when it was stated to. Wonderalnds was announced back in E3, and Gearbox said that it should be releasing in early 2022. Now, Take-Two’s quarterly earnings report re-assured that Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is indeed releasing in that year, and is not going to be delayed.

In that earnings report, Take Two listed anumber of its planned releases for 2022. This includes various games such as OlliOlli World, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, etc. However, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has a more specific release date window. It is stated to release in Q4 FY 2022. So, that means it is going to be somewhere around January to March of 2022. And, that by every means is early 2022. Now, this is from the earnings call. The release date can very well be be pushed back once we get close to the currently stated release window.

Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford says tha the idea for Woderlands has been around for like 10 years. It’s just going to be like Borderlands, but instead of being a FPS, it will be more about a fantasy, action-adventure title set in a completely new world. And, it by every means will be a RPG like the Boerlands games. Wonderlands will be having an experience that is rich, story-driven, and will be having co-op campaign, and repeatable end-game content.

So, for those who love playing ARPG, this definitely seems a game that you would enjoy. I mean I am one such person, and from what I know so far, Tiny Tina’s Wonderalnds is a game I am most definitely looking forward to. However, the release is still kind of far, we would have to wait for around 7 months or so, before we get to play this game. But, from what Gearbox has said and shown so far about the game, I for one am definitely excited
