The first known release date was August 5th for the new expansion "The Siege of Paris" for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. But now Ubisoft has officially announced that the second DLC expansion for the Viking Adventure will not appear until August 12th. While Assassin's Creed Valhalla receives the free title update 1.3.0, Ubisoft has already announced that the second DLC expansion entitled "The Siege of Paris" will be released on August 12th. A previous leak initially dated the expansion to August 5th - the official release date is now one week later.

In this DLC "The Siege of Paris", Ubisoft sends the player with Eivor to the Franconian Empire to explore the lush green landscape, forge alliances and fend off an emerging threat. Here you have to infiltrate the corrupt and war-torn country by means of the new "black box" missions. Charles the Fat's troops are waiting to be destroyed so that Paris can finally be torn to the ground. Ubisoft would like to announce more details about the DLC shortly.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Celebrating the Sigrblot Festival
But before that, Assassin's Creed Valhalla players can celebrate the Sigrblot Festival from July 29th when they play the Viking Adventure. Summer is celebrated here with new activities, quests, and rewards. All participants even receive 50 free opals for free. To do this, players must register with Ubisoft Connect in order to receive the reward. The developers are also implementing the game's first one-handed sword. Players must take part in the GQA activity and can then exchange the hard-earned marks for the sword in Norvid's shop. The event will finally end on August 19th. But only those who have already reached certain story points can take part in the Sigrorblot Festival. First of all, the player must have reached England and have one of the first two narrative strands and have at least settlement level 2.
