The Vampire: The Masquerade is a popular series and fans will be eager to lay hands on the third
installment. However, there is some bad news in store for people who are desperate to lay their hands
quickly. Developer Big Bad Wolf Studio and publisher Nacon had previously announced a release date
for this game but they had to share some bad news that the project will see a delay. The next installment
of the series titled Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong will not see a release in 2021 as announced
earlier.  They have announced a new release date and state that the game should debut for both previous
and current-gen consoles next year in February. 
This bit of update was a setback for gaming fans, but it is certainly not bad news all around. There was
even some good news in store. The studio also released a brand new trailer for this game and it was
interesting. The trailer introduces fans to a completely new character titled Galeb. The publisher Nacon
gives more details about this character and states that it is the oldest vampire. It is also the most feared
vampire residing in the city of Boston. 
This vampire character has traveled across the world and amassed both riches and power. However,
despite everything at this disposal Galeb is lamenting for something he has lost or never had in the first
place.  This is one of the three playable characters of Swansong and their intertwined stories that will be a
deciding factor for the fate of Boston.
The Swansong game was launched a long time back in October of 2019 and initially, news on the game
was sparse. It was sometime in the summer months last year that they announced a release date for the
game. The target was to bring it on the radar of gaming fans in 2021. There was also news that the title
would be available on next-gen systems. There was also a trailer launch as the PC gaming show and it
showed a vampire woman and she is perhaps another of the three playable characters. She is conducting a
murderous search for her little girl. 
This game Swansong is an RPG and based upon the fifth edition of the Vampire. This game offers a rich
RPG and is filled with lore and intrigue. Gaming fans are sure to enjoy it, but there is a need to wait
patiently till the release date next year.
