There are plenty of sources indicating that a popular game is now being rebooted. Dead Space is the
precise game and the source for all these rumors are Gematsu, Eurogamer, and Venture Beat. We spoke to
people at Venture Beat and they sounded confident of this reboot. Jeff Grubb associated with the team
sounds confident and his specific words were that EA is "rebooting the franchise with a full-fledged
remake."
The original Dead Space is still on Steam and Visceral can take the credit for its making. EA had it closed
in 2017 around the time; the studio was working on the never-released Star Wars Ragtag project. They
have now been motivated for the reboot primarily because the studio can take to its credit Star Wars
Squadrons and also as co-developer for Star Wars Battlefront 2.
The original Dead Space brings back sweet memories for the EA team and they feel that 2008 was one of
its best years. Gaming participants at the time had sensed that mega publishers were just not interested
anymore to release single-player games. The success of the game Dead Space was seen to be the
counterpoint augment of EA. The original game presented plenty of surprises and it was a gross horror
game. A participant could slice up alien monstrosities with a plasma cutter and that was exciting stuff.
Fans will recollect that the techniques in the game were worth studying. The special feature was the
presence of an in-world UI, which helped to deliver information to the player through holographic
displays. Such was the perfection that there were also lights on the protagonist’s suit.
It was late in 2008 that EA dropped Mirrors Edge and at that time gaming fans went mad for a varied
range of reasons. Suddenly we are today getting updates on a reboot for the Dead Space game. The
surprise element of the news update is that it has come from three reliable sources. Fans are excited and
there is a simple reason for it. Most of them have to say that they will be surprised if three major
publications go wrong here. This is precisely the reason why the confidence in the reboot rumor for the
game Dead Space is more today. 
There was however anything much to hear from the developer although. We contacted EA for
confirmation of this story, but it feels that there should be no official word from them until the EA play
live day on 22nd July. Fans will have to show patience until that date.
