There are new weather effects in Forza Horizon 5 The British development studio has equipped the camera rig with new hardware compared to its predecessor Forza Horizon 4. For example, three medium format cameras with 8K resolution are assembled on a frame in order to ultimately be able to take photos in 12K. During the programming of the game world, the cameras took a picture every 30 seconds every day. In total, the team produced around 400 hours of photo material. The weather varies from region to region in Forza Horizon 5. It can snow in the mountains while bright sunshine can be seen in the desert. There are also two new seasonal weather effects. These are sandstorms and tropical storms. If you want, you can jump right into the action and drive into a storm instead of just observing the action from a safe distance. A highway connects Horizon 5 in Forza In the game itself, there will be the largest highway of all previous Forza Horizon parts. Here you can drive from one corner of the game world to the other end of the world. Within the game world, there is also numerous barn finds that can be found and then restored. If you are driving a convertible, you can open or close the roof with one movement of the left analogue stick. Raytracing effects will only be available in Forza Horizon 5 in Forzavista mode so that cars can be photographed with realistic lighting. Forza Horizon 5 is in UHD - at least on the Xbox Series X - only with 30 fps to run. If you want, you can activate a performance graphics mode in Forza Horizon 5 on the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S and then drive through Mexico with 60 fps but probably in a lower resolution. Forza Horizon 5 has the following minimum system requirements on the PC, which are the same as its predecessor Forza Horizon 4: Operating system: Windows 10 version 15063.0 or higher, Processor: Intel Core i3-4170 with 3.7 GHz or Intel Core i5-750 with 2.67 GHz, RAM: 8 GB, Graphics card: AMD Radeon R7 250x or Nvidia Geforce 650Ti, DirectX 12, Network: broadband internet connection, Storage: 80 gigabytes of free space Forza Horizon 5 will be available for PC on November 9th on Steam, the Microsoft Store, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S. All Xbox Game Pass subscribers can play the open-world racing game from launch day at no additional cost. There will be various customization options for both the character and the licensed cars. For example, you can paint the brake callipers or give the character its own voice.
